Every US state posts its government bids and RFPs on its own procurement portal, and most require vendors to register before they can respond. This directory lists all 50 states and the District of Columbia: where each one posts solicitations, where to register as a supplier, what registration costs and which e-procurement system the state uses. Every row was checked against the state’s own .gov pages and shows the date we checked it.

What changed in 2026

Registration is usually free or the state does not mention a fee. Only Texas ($70 a year for the Centralized Master Bidders List) and West Virginia ($125 a year, and only once your state orders pass $5,000 a year) publish a registration fee.

51 rows. Every row was checked against the vendor’s or official body’s own pages; the newest check was Oct 8, 2026. Fees are what the state's own pages say. "Not published" means the state's pages don't mention a fee. Links go to the state's official pages; RFPhub is not affiliated with any state.

How to use it

How we check the directory

We read each state’s own procurement pages, never third-party bid aggregators, and we re-check every link daily. When a state moves to a new portal or changes its registration rules, the row changes and we note it on our procurement watch.

Frequently asked questions

How do I find government RFPs in my state?

Start with the state’s central procurement portal in the directory above. Most states post every open bid and RFP there, and registering as a vendor lets you receive notices for your categories.

Does it cost money to register as a state vendor?

In most states, no. Twelve states say registration is free, most others do not mention a fee, and only Texas and West Virginia publish one.

How often is the directory updated?

Every row is re-checked against the state’s own pages daily, and the Checked column links to the page we read.

Writing a response or your own RFP? Start with what an RFP is, see RFP examples, and compare RFP vs RFQ vs RFI.
